I have over 7 years of BPO experience working in different fields of accounts before moving on to a Real Estate agency and finally before turning freelance. I worked for Dell Computers who provides Hardware and Software support, been to handling Sales Account, and been working as a Customer Service Executive. I am well versed in all areas of administrative work and market research, lead generation, creating and compiling reports and spreadsheets. I am responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling them. I maintain relationships with current clients and maintain relationships with new clients. I am confident about being extraordinarily professional and aim to deliver a job well before the deadline consistently. I am incredibly proud of my personable yet professional manner and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
