• Applied to all Agent portals with an Agent Role
• Agents that have an in-process task will automatically open a modal with that task and can’t be closed, unless you move that task to Will Circle Back, For Review, or Complete
• This update will manage the agents to focus on one task at a time, and they can’t move to another task unless they can finish the task or move to another status
